Holiday is Coming, Christ is Coming.

おはよう みんな!

Hehehe, i'm in a good mood today (i think this mood will last until next month lol). Okay, so today is December 24th which is a day before christmas (Christmas Eve). I was very worried last week, yea you know i was worried about how crazy my semester report card will be..

But i was wrong lol, i got a very satisfying result,

thank God.

Now, now i finally passed the week of Doom. Today is also the first day of school's year end holiday (which last for 14 days). I finally can enjoy some quality times with people around me, yep my familyy. So, i want to talk about Christmas or i must say CHRISTmas a little bit. Hmm, hmm as you can see, CHRISTmas is actually a sacred annual celebration for christians (both Catholic and Protestant).. What are they celebrating?

The birth of this awesome, pure, undiscribeable kind and loving God who took a human form to be the world's savior..

I love diversity, my twitter friend from England isn't a believer of Jesus, but still celebrating CHRISTmas. Why? well for some people out there who hasn't known (or refusing to believe) the awesomeness of Christ most likely celebrating CHRISTmas ala Thanksgiving. Yep family gathering, spending some quality time. I don't mind if they're not believing in Christ NOW (I really hope, they will believe HIM someday). Well, one of CHRISTian mission is to spread the good news of salvation fromGod, make more people believe in Him. But my teacher once said that at the very least Christians should show "them" how the christians live, how Jesus-sama involved in their life, and even more spreading the biblical news or story to them (hey i did it to 2 people, i felt so joyful back then XD ). But whether they're going to believe it or not, it's up to them, we've done all we can do, we mustn't force them really. I remember one of a biblical verse said "If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men." (Romans 12 : 18, KJV). Paul wants the christians to live peacefully with other christians and with diversity of other non-believer. So it's not good for us to "force" our missionary mission. In the end, only God who can change their mind after all, right?

Oh, and guys unfortunately some Christians now are also celebrating Christmas ala non-believer. Even worse, this celebration is their chance to spend more money than usual, forgetting the Christmas prayer in Church. Ironic. In my opinion it's fine celebrating CHRISTmas with christmas tree, presents, and delicious dishes (well, since Christmas is also a thanksgiving to God for the precious savior He had sent). But, really people need to remember that the center of this celebration (especially Christians) is Jesus, the loving God, His love to wretched humans in this world (including me). So, at least, please remember, recall the moment when God showed His love to you, reflect what you've done to God, are you still loving Him (well, Christmas prayer in church is a MUST). So Christmas won't lose its aim, purpose.... Yep to celebrate the beautiful yet a very holy gift God had sent to us.

I think that's all that i wanted to say for this year's Christmas. Be thankful and Joyful, because of the saviour's birth!

Cheers
